Symptom narrative

I had 5 Moderna Covid vaccines,: 2/16/21, 3/16/21, 10/28/21, 3/30/22, and 9/3/22. I felt bad starting in April 2022, and it got very bad by Jan 2023 when I could not catch breath or walk far, and I finally sought treatment. It turned out to be Myocarditis: swelling, inflammation, and edema of the rear wall inside the heart ; was told to rest and not exert. I felt terrible until about Jan 2024 when I began feeling better. But still not close to 100%.
