Symptom narrative

I had immediate swelling of my arm that was hot to touch. This lasted and stayed swollen for over a week. Within a month I started having neurological issues. Migraines, back spasms, muscle twitches. All of which would come and go up until last year when the Migraines and twitches have not stopped. My muscles have visible atrophy. lower left leg, upper right thigh, left and right forearms, lower back.
