wheezing; shortness of breath; has to clear her throat alot; This Spontaneous report was received from Patient and referred to a/an 67-year-old ( Race Unknown ) ( Ethnicity Unknown) Female Elderly patient. The patient's concurrent condition(s) included diabetic, hasn't smoked for 4 years, and has been sick/ lot of other issues. The patient's past medications were not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On an unknown date, patient started therapy with Moderna COVID-19 vaccine (Elasomeran) Unknown Batch/Lot Number via Unknown. On an unknown date, patient started therapy with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine Solution for injection 114412038:4347Asked But Unknown Batch/Lot Number via Unknown. The patient started therapy with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine Solution for injection 114412038:4347 for the treatment of Prophylaxis, The patient started therapy with Moderna COVID-19 vaccine (Elasomeran) for the treatment of COVID-19 vaccine, In Nov-2025, the patient experienced wheezing (Wheezing). In Nov-2025, the patient experienced shortness of breath (Dyspnoea). In Nov-2025, the patient experienced has to clear her throat alot (Throat clearing). Site Narrative: Description: Consumer calling to report that "within 2 weeks of getting her CAPVAXIVE shot last November, she has been wheezing, has shortness of breath and she can hear the wheezing when she breathes, has to clear her throat alot and that she has been sick ever since she had the (Moderna) COVID shot". Caller states she "has been going to her lung doctor for 6 years, hasn't smoked for 4 years and is normally very healthy". Her lung doctor prescribed her "inhalers" but she "didn't really use them until she got the vaccine". She does not want to take the inhalers because "they contain steroids" and she is "very sensitive to medications and doesn't even take diabetes medication" Caller states she has spoken to the pharmacy that administered the medication and other providers but they don't believe her. Asked caller for HCP information but caller did not provide any demographics. No other information provided. No additional AE. No PQC.. At the time of reporting, the patient had not recovered from Wheezing . At the time of reporting, the patient had not recovered from Dyspnoea . At the time of reporting, the patient had not recovered from Throat clearing .
