Symptom narrative

2 weeks after vaccine given patient went into septic shock with multiple septic emboli to right side of body requiring prolonged hospitalization and mult debridements and right toe amputations. Has not recovered and requires antibiotics to control infections in right foot. We are unable to say it was the vaccine or not as she has many other risks for sepsis but the timing is a concern.
