presented to the clinic on 07/16/2026 for multiform arrythmias; This spontaneous report was received from a registered nurse (R.N.) and refers to a 10-years-old male patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. The patient had no known drug allergies (NKDA). On 06-Jul-2026, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-Valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe, administered intramuscularly, lot number: Z014968, expiration date: 14-Jan-2028 (exact dose and anatomical location were not reported), as routine vaccination.
