Symptom narrative

Systemic: Tachycardia-Severe, Additional Details: Patient self reported event when picking up a prescription two weeks after occurrence. Stated she began feeling negative effects (racing heartbeat) about an hour after receiving vaccine. She believed it was due to receiving spikevax instead of mnexspike. She stated she was hospitalized overnight and feeling better but trying to get back to mental state of not being afraid of negative health implications.
