Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient called stating that he experieced confusion after receiving his vaccine. He stated that he had an accident 3 days after the vaccine where his car hit into another person's car and he drove off. He belives its as a result of the vaccine. He contacted his md office where he was told to contact the pharmacy
