Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Pt reports 12 hours after vaccine awoke during the night due to sore arm and experienced nausea and felt like passed out. after drinking water and eating snack, felt better and went back to bed.
