Symptom narrative

In the week following the vaccine, I experienced elevated eye floaters and eye twitching. On July 5, 2025 (vaccine given 06/20/2025) I began experiencing a small scotoma just right and dorsal to my central FOV unilateral to my right eye. I had my eyes examined by an ophthalmologist on 07/07 and retina, macula, and optic nerve appeared normal, and no change in my vision. I also went to the emergency room and had CT, MRI (orbital and brain) done, and there were inconclusive results. A second blindspot appeared on 12/09/2025, just right and dorsal to the first one. I went to a neuro-ophthalmologist on 12/10/2025 with follow-ups on 3/31/2026 and 4/10/2026. Have had misdiagnosis as visual snow and neuro-ophthalmologist. A second brain and orbital MRI on 07/10/2026 again showed nothing remarkable, except for a hyperintensity on right optic nerve that was marked as artifact. On 07/20/2026 I got a third larger scotoma, oblong and in the left eye only. I have now been referred to a retinal specialist.
