Symptom narrative

6 weeks after vaccination the patient began to experience numbness in lower extremities. Within a day had spread upward t umbilicus . He was hospitalized for Guillain- Barre Syndrome. Was given IVIG infusion

07/17/2026: MRI of lumbar spinel ( No evidence of spinal cord abnormality) 07/17/2026: lumbar puncture done and CSF preliminary results were normal. Sent out to other lab for further testing pending.
