Additional information: Patient was not allergic to anything. The patient did not receive any other vaccines on the same date as the Pfizer vaccine, and any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the first administration of the suspect vaccine. Patient was calling to report she got a bad experience with the Pfizer shot and a weird looking shape on her shoulder. Verified the name of the shot is Pfizer, the shot was for covid. She reported it to her doctor and they swished it away and they swished it away, she overhead her friend telling her if she is still having problems with her arm to get in touch with FDA and this is the number on her phone to call for FDA complaints for the Pfizer shot. She was told that normally the arm will get swollen is what everyone said, but for more than a month, it is red pickled pink and swollen and itching. Used cold compresses on it as treatment and no other treatment, and there was a little bit of pain like a heat, that is why she put cold compresses on it because it was hot. Later on, the color started coming through and it was a little warm and itching, and itching in sleep, and when driving a car she can see the bump on her arm, just have to look over and you can see it from inside her clothes. Shoulder and arm itself is heavy. Weird looking shape on shoulder: It never went away, the bump is still there. Treated with cold compresses. Pain in shoulder, comes a little bit and goes, you touch it, feels like tender. Treated with cold towels, it comes and goes like a tenderness pain not constant pain. Itching shoulder, it's just annoying, in her sleep, its been itching since she got the shot. The itching is between shoulder and top of the arm where they give the shot, it is itching like around the side, on the left arm. She wiped her arm with alcohol as treatment. No other treatment, it's still itching, also used cold compresses. It comes and goes. When it so so annoying she ends up scratching her skin, little prickly scabs are on it. Heavy shoulder and arm, started after it started healing, and is still experiencing this. Treatment: she just keeps lifting it and correcting it. She keeps moving it and lifting it. Got the shot at the forum in (withheld), the sport forum where they had to go to get the shot, where she had to drive through. The got it when it was the next time when they said they needed the next one as well. From both Pfizer shots she got red and swollen from both shots just like she mentioned and the the first shot was even worse, her arm really took a jolt from elbow and shoulder it really swelled her up. The reason she got the second shot is because she was told she had to take another one. She is frightened to death of needles to where they have to put Epsom salt and says if they tell you it is life or death, you get the shot, so she did. The events did not require a visit to the emergency room and visit to physician's office, because they said it was a normal reaction to the shot.
