7/18/2026: abrupt onset sharp mid-epigastric pain & hypotension. To ER. Lab & imaging= acute cholecystitis. New dx. Hypokalemia despite no vomiting. 7/19: lap cholecystectomy. Significant gallbladder inflammation; multiple stones. 7/20: difficulty maintaining o2 sats above 91%; o2 required. 7/21: discharged home. sats 91% on room air w/ pulm7/19 referral. 7/22: sats now 96% on room air & continuing to improve. Hx PE/DVT 2004.
