Reported Symptoms: 10013573:DIZZINESS; 10016379:FELT FAINT; Narrative: From notes, patient called reporting feeling dizzy and nauseous shortly after 1st dose. Appears was seen in a community care ER; did not see records from that stay to determine etiology of symptoms. Patient later received a second dose of the same vaccine without adverse events noted.
