Reported Symptoms: 10008531:CHILLS; 10019211:HEADACHE; 10028322:MUSCLE PAIN; 10028411:MYALGIA; Narrative: Patient had flu like symptoms with second vaccine, which is expected with immune response from a vaccine. A third dose was given on 12/23/21 and did not see any evidence of patient calling in with concerns of reaction. Other Relevant HX: Other: CHILL (4/8/21@16:00); HEADACHE (4/8/21@16:00)
