motor vehicle accident/car accident; vaccine exposure during pregnancy; This serious prospective pregnancy case was reported by a other health professional via registry (registry ID 159441) and described the occurrence of motor vehicle accident in a 39-year-old female patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) solution for injection (batch number H242K) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included therapeutic abortion (Therapeutic abortion: 1), gravid (Gravidity: 4), parity (Parity: 2), alcoholic (received via oral, 3 serving for 1 day) and alcoholic (received via oral, 0.42 serving for 1 day). Previously administered products included Bonjesta (received via oral route, 1 pill, Frequency: 1 day for nausea and vomiting in pregnancy), J & J COVID-19 VACCINE (received on 01-APR-2021 via intramuscular), Moderna COVID-19 vaccine (received on 01-NOV-2021 via intramuscular), Moderna COVID-19 vaccine (received on 01-OCT-2022 via intramuscular) and Sudafed (received via oral route, 1 pill, Frequency: 1 day).
