body struggles to fight off external illnesses.; something is eating away at the bone; constant pain in the exact spot where the injection was given; flu; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP from License Party. Other Case identifier(s): AE-024243 (BioNTech). A 35-year-old patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: IMMUNODEFICIENCY (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "body struggles to fight off external illnesses."; BONE PAIN (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "something is eating away at the bone"; VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "constant pain in the exact spot where the injection was given"; INFLUENZA (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "flu". Clinical course: The patient's 35 years old and have never had any health issues before. However, in recent years, the patient have been suffering severely from the flu; the patient's body struggles to fight off external illnesses. All of this began after the patient received the product during the COVID period - specifically, after the injection in patient's left shoulder. Patient asking if they could tell the patient how much time the patient have left to live. The patient have constant pain in the exact spot where the injection was given; it feels as though something is eating away at the bone. The would like to get some information from them regarding this. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 will be requested and submitted if and when received. BNT162B2 NOS is under agreement with BIONTECH SE.
