The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE ERYTHEMA (non-serious), VACCINATION SITE SWELLING (non-serious), outcome "unknown" and all described as "she got red and swollen from both shots just like she mentioned and the first shot was even worse, her arm really took a jolt from elbow and shoulder it really swelled her up"". Relevant laboratory tests and procedures are available in the appropriate section. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of vaccination site erythema. Additional information: Patient was not allergic to anything. The patient did not receive any other vaccines on the same date as the Pfizer vaccine, and any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the first administration of the suspect vaccine. At the time she didnt have any, and now she has arthritis. She reported that both vaccine shots caused redness and swelling at the injection site, and she stated that the reaction following the first shot was worse. She said that her arm was significantly affected from the elbow to the shoulder and became noticeably swollen. She reported that she received the second shot because she had been told that she needed to take another dose. The dose was unknown. She stated that she had driven to the vaccination site, where a woman administered the injection in her arm. She reported being extremely frightened of needles and said that she was so fearful that special measures were needed to help her tolerate injections. She stated that she received the vaccine because she believed it was necessary, explaining that if she were told it was a matter of life or death, she would get the shot. When queried regarding concomitant medications, she denied taking any. She reported a medical history of asthma and stated that she had no known allergies. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1), BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) will be requested and submitted if and when received.; Sender's Comments: Linked Report(s) : US-PFIZER INC-202600133877 Same reporter/patient, different product;
