The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (DOSE 1; MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), for COVID-19 immunization. The following information was reported: ARTHRALGIA (non-serious) with onset 2022, outcome "not recovered", described as "chronic pain in my elbows"; PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious) with onset 2022, outcome "not recovered", described as "chronic pain in my hands"; BACK PAIN (non-serious) with onset 2022, outcome "not recovered", described as "chronic pain in my lower back"; VISION BLURRED (non-serious) with onset 2022, outcome "not recovered", described as "my eyes began to get blurred vision".
