Systemic: Confusion-Medium, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Additional Details: Mom called pharmacy to report both of her twin daughters fainted and had to get help from paramedics and were seen by their primary doctor after fainting in the parking lot. Reports they were monitored until vitals were stable and follow up needed.
