Symptom narrative

6/9/26 11: 15 Vasovagal response after HPV vaccine - Pt said it was painful, then a minute later she was dizzy. Passed out - laid flat with legs/ feet elevated - pale, limp body and eyes open pupils dilated then had brief neurological posturing, ( appearing similar to decerebrate, then decorticate posturing ) and deep, irregular respirations as blotchy color returned to face. Woke up and asked what happened. BP 144/82, SaO2 98% She stated she has a history of fainting while on her period. (Which she currently is). Has heavy menses.
