Symptom narrative

Patient presented to the pharmacy on 7/28/26 with a swollen, red, hard, warm upper right arm from elbow to shoulder where she had received both shingrix and fluzone on 7/25/26. she said she hasn't paid too much attention but she said she doesn't think it is getting worse.

patient is taking amoxicillin because she is having a tooth extracted soon
