Symptom narrative

After second shot (covid administered after flu) pt became unresponsive, slumping in chair and unable to speak to husband/vaccinator. EMS was called. Pt steadily improved, once EMS arrived she was evaluated and tests were administered (EKG, BP, etc) Pt was normal and refused further medical attention.
