Developed Mast Cell Activation Disease and Polymyalgia Rheumatica Treatment Xolair 300mg shot every 4 weeks Cromolyn Sodium Oral Solution 100mg/5ml,2 pepcid ac daily, 2 prilosec daily, 2 zyrtec daily, Montelukast 1 a day, Diclofenac Sodium 25mg DR 2 a day.
