Symptom narrative

Initial soreness in the left shoulder that progressively has gotten worse; she gave me the shot way too high on the shoulder, up top and not in the muscle or the fatty part of my arm/shoulder. Currently it is achy with an occasional sharp pain; most of the time there is a dull ache with restriction to my range of motion. Last night it kept me awake most of the night, which occurs regularly due to the should pain and soreness. I have consistently iced it and used ibuprofen with minimal effect/improvement.
