Patient already received an RSV vaccine (Arexvy) back in 2024 (01/02/2024). was not recorded in database and since it was greater than 2 years prior to current vaccine did not show in pt records. Subsequently received a second vaccine of RSV.
Patient returned to pharmacy to pick up rx for antibiotics. Said physician said arm was infected. Arm was red and swollen.
