Patient received first dose of Oral Rotateq after the age cut off. Patient tolerated vaccine well. Physician called family to check on patient.
The patient received four vaccines during the same visit, and two days later went to their doctor because they couldn't move their arm due to pain and the area was red and warm.
Patient said they had feeling of redness, swelling, hives and slight throat irritation. Patient immediately took Benadryl and contacted physician . Patient explain this has occurred prior but unrelated to receiving a vaccine.
