Patient was administered two flucelvax vaccines. Bandaid was placed over site of injections. Patient states they are okay physically and mentally. Guardian was present and is aware of incident.

Strong odor of exhaust fumes. Note: This also happened last year, but I wasn't sure if it was the vaccine or not. This year it happened again. From experience, this side effect lasted a few months.
