Rash beginning on day 12 after the vaccine. Began at neck and spread down to torso. Light pink and blotchy, not raised. Mild fever, cough, and decreased appetite beginning around day 9 following vaccine.
PATIENT WALKED TO FRONT OF STORE AFTER VACCINE AND SAID HE BEGAN EXPERIENCING LOW BACK PAIN. HE FOUND A BENCH TO REST ON AND AFTER 5 MINUTES WAS ABLE TO DRIVE HOME. DESRCRIBED IT AS INTENSE LOW BACK PAIN.
