Patient says that midday on same day of vaccine he experienced a headache that lasted for two days. He says it was treated with Tylenol OTC and then resolved. Per patient the headache was not severe enough to seek medical attention at the time.

Vaccine was expired on 3/15/25. Patient was called immediately to inform him of the error. Pt was still in the store waiting his 30 min grace period post vaccine. Pt didn't report any adverse resections at that time.
