No adverse reaction occurred. Patient was given a PCV 20 on 3/4/36 but was already previously given this same vaccination on 9/23/25. So, the dose on 3/4/36 was not necessary.
Patient immediately became flush on his abdomen followed by pinpoint blanching papules on the abdomen, trunk, upper legs, arms and cheeks. Patient did not experience any respiratory symptoms during this time.
