Two sisters were scheduled to have vaccines and the older sister was inadvertently given the younger sister's injections. The mistake was realized the the younger sister received the correct vaccinations. No adverse symptoms or signs were observed.

Hair began to fall out in a small patch on September 19 after receiving vaccines. Total hair loss occurred by October 28. I saw a dermatologist who did lab work and scalp biopsy. All labs negative for anything autoimmune. Scalp biopsy showed inflammation.
