Patient received MMR on 3/2/26 without incident- Varicella given 11 days after MMR vaccine- spacing of two live vaccines need to be 1 month apart if not given on same day. Dose on 3/13/26 is considered invalid and needs to be repeated.

The patient said the morning after her vaccine she woke up and went to the kitchen- there she started to feel disoriented, hot, sweaty, nauseous, passed out and fell. She went back to bed for an hour, then felt fine.
Had swelling, itching rash, pain, hardness at injection site within 24°. I took a Zyrtec. Symptoms resolved 48°
