Redness, swelling, warmth, itching at vaccine site
Patient received vaccines on 11/11/25 at 3:00pm. Patient's mother message on 11/14/25 at 10:51am with images of the injection site noting "swollen, red, hot to the touch, itchy and sore". Patient's mother contacted to discuss reaction management.
Right after getting the COVID vaccine, patient's tongue went numb. After few minutes it went away. Patient did not seek any medical treatment, since it lasted few minutes and went away with no issues after.
