11/18/25 received vaccines, within hours turned red 11/19/25 swelling increased, pain 11/20/25 swelling increased pain 11/20/25 dx with cellulitis
Patient started that evening with red hive like areas all over his body. Patients mother was instructed that evening to give benadryl. The next morning the spots were worse. Mother was instructed to give zyrtec and benadryl.
Expired vaccine was given. No reactions while in office for 30 min after vaccination.
