Patient started noting redness and some swelling on the inside of the arm that had the vaccination. Patient noticed some relief on 8/24/25.

Wrong diluent was used to mix vaccine. Sodium Chloride was used instead of the sterile water diluent that was intended for this vaccine specifically.
