Patient came into clinic for Hepatitis B vaccine and instead received Hepatitis A vaccine. Patient is medically reactive for Hepatitis A antibodies and did not need to get vaccine. No adverse reactions or events.

Extreme. malaise, fever, general unwell feeling, hives. All appeared within 24 hours of the vaccine and malaise and unwell flu like feeling lasted three days.
