Pt received on 3/12/26 @ 930 AM She sent a message over to PCP office at 1030AM of the following S/Sx Lightheaded, nausea numbness in arm twitching to face/neck Coughing diarrhea Brain fog fever
initial: lightheadedness, though this was thought to be because pt did not eat. Later on in the evening, Pt had site pain and swelling, rash developed throughout the evening and turned to urticaria on neck and chest.
