Patient developed rash from injection at right upper deltoid down to right elbow. Rash was sore and painful. Non-itching. No rash on trunk of body. Managing with otc pain relievers. Advised to follow up if rash becomes worse or new symptoms develop.

We are unaware of any side effects to patient. However, provider had ordered for patient to get Prevnar 20 and TDAP. MA administered Capvaxive 21 in error. Per review of patient, was eligible for either vaccine.
