Patient reported shoulder soreness to movement and touch, pain when down arm. Started after Boostrix immunization and reported to be consistent until reported to the pharmacy on 2/10/2026.
pt complains of pain, soreness, tingling, numbness and loss of mobility of left arm on and off since January 19th, 2026.
No adverse events noted, patient was given half dosage of Hep B vaccine. We called the patient to come back and and recieve the full dosage, patient did not answer.
