Received Moderna spikevax at the same time as flu shot. Immediate reaction of injection site area = red, swelling, itching. 2 inches x 1 inch in size. Applied ice, cortesone cream, which helped with itching. Did not start to ease for 5-6 days.

Patient received third dose of MMR when third dose was not needed. Had received second dose of MMR early (8/3/2023) and therefore did not need this dose at 4 year visit. Dose at 4 year well check was administered in error.
Patient received Abrysvo for a second time on 11/21/25, she has previously received Abrysvo on 10/25/2024. Patient and pharmacist did not realize she had gotten it previously. Patient has had no side effects as of today and is feeling fine.
