Swelling, pain, bruising in area about 3 inch radius around injection site. Swollen, painful lymph nodes under arm and in neck/collarbone area.
After injection patient encountered a syncope episode causing her to fall and hit her head on the floor. Patient was assessed and evaluated and also doing an acute Concussion evaluation. Patient was then released to Mom, and they left via a private vehicle.
