Patient has rash on thighs, hands and mostly on his face, low grade fever, some mild facial swelling.
Administered via intramuscular route incorrectly vs subcutaneously.
Patient experienced pain at injection site following vaccination- most likely exacerbating past rotator cuff pathology. Patient now needs to have a surgical procedure due to persistent pain.
Dose 3 given 6 weeks after dose 2.
