Severe left shoulder and arm pain. Brachial Neuritis (Parsonage Turner Syndrome)
Patient complained of red swollen arm and 3 days of fever. Arm is very red in a large area on arm where shot was administered. Fever resolved after 3 days but the rash is still there. She will visit urgent care out of concern.
