Patient had couple small dots of blood in the patient's stool. This happened twice. Pt was seen in Urgent care on 5/22 and then patient follow up with Primary care office on 5/29/26.
Developed pain, redness and warmth over the left deltoid the day of administration. She subsequently developed body aches, chills and malaise, nausea and lymphadenopathy. We treated her with Keflex 500 mg 4 times daily for 5 days in the context of cellulitis.
