PT was given Vaccine in the clinic and was observed for 15 minutes post administration. PT had no signs or symptoms of adverse reactions and none were reported.
Received Shingrix and PCV 21 on 4/29/2026. The next day arm was warm to touch, hives-like rash, and felt tight. By 5/3 started to feel swollen. 5/4 visibly swollen, very red, and painful. Diagnosed with cellulitis by urgent care.
