COVID vaccine was administered after the recommended 60 day refrigerated storage period following thawing.
Patient experiencing swollen around area of injection site, arm itches and is swollen, feels warm in area of site as well. Feels fired and a little dizzy. She is going to ice area for now to see if swelling subsides.
Our Immunization Technician gave her shot too high on her arm, causing it to be red and swollen and sore to raise her arm.
