Patient had received 1 dose of Meningococcal vaccine on 8/25/21 and was due to receive a second dose on 1/23/26. Nurse administered Trumenba vaccine instead of Menveo or Penbraya.
Patient developed at was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy at Hospital Emergency Room. Patient began developing facial numbness on Friday and into Saturday, and facial droop began on Sunday prompting her to go the the emergency room.
