Patient developed red ring around immunization spot that has not went aware. Does not itch or hurt.
Wrong vaccine given should have been Prevnar20, and Hep B was given (Patient received 2 doses of Hep B vaccine).
Patient experienced extreme chills causing shaking and vomiting.
